Clients Who Benefit Most
I work best with adults seeking:
✔ Inner-child and parts work
✔ Shadow integration
✔ Meaning-making following profound experiences
✔ Spiritual emergence
✔ Existential concerns
✔ Identity transitions
✔ Trauma recovery
My Clinical Philosophy
I believe many psychological symptoms and protective patterns are intelligent adaptations rather than problems to be eliminated. My work is grounded in the understanding that lasting change emerges through ego integration—helping the conscious personality develop a more compassionate and flexible relationship with wounded, protective, hidden, and conflicting aspects of the psyche.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I emphasize strengthening observer consciousness, cultivating heart-centered awareness, and exploring the emotional, relational, developmental, and symbolic dimensions of a client's experience. This process helps clients move from automatic patterns toward greater psychological flexibility, self-understanding, and authentic engagement with life.
Whether the presenting concern involves trauma, attachment wounds, grief, identity transition, spiritual emergence, ketamine treatment, psychedelic experiences, or other significant life events, my goal is to help clients integrate these experiences into a more coherent and compassionate sense of Self.
My work is informed by depth psychology, Jungian psychology, transpersonal psychology, attachment theory, contemplative psychology, and trauma-informed practice, while remaining collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
I particularly enjoy collaborating with professionals whose clients are psychologically minded and seeking a depth-oriented approach to understanding—not simply managing—their inner experience.
Appropriate Referrals
I am generally the best fit for clients who are psychologically minded, curious about their inner lives, and interested in understanding the deeper patterns shaping their experiences rather than seeking only short-term symptom management.
Clients are often referred after completing traditional therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, ketamine treatment, psychedelic experiences, or periods of significant life transition. Many are highly reflective individuals seeking deeper meaning, psychological integration, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
Scope of Practice
Psychotherapy is available only to clients located in jurisdictions where I am authorized to practice (FL, ID, and AZ).
Coaching services are available more broadly and remain non-clinical in scope.
Ketamine integration therapy supports clients receiving treatment through licensed medical providers.
Psychedelic integration coaching provides post-experience, non-clinical support and does not include facilitation, substance sourcing, dosing guidance, or medical advice.
Collaborative Care
I value collaborative care whenever appropriate and with the client's written consent.
I am happy to coordinate with referring therapists, psychiatrists, physicians, or other members of a client's treatment team when doing so supports continuity of care and aligns with the client's goals.
