Transpersonal Coaching is a non-clinical, present-to-future oriented service for clients who are seeking meaning, clarity, alignment, and grounded next steps during a significant inner threshold.

This work is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, and does not offer a diagnosis, trauma healing, crisis support, or substance use support. Transpersonal Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. People with existing mental health needs or concerns must have established mental health care to be eligible for Transpersonal Coaching at Third Realm Integration.

What is Transpersonal Coaching?

Transpersonal Coaching supports the deeper questions that often arise during periods of awakening, transition, identity change, creative rebirth, or spiritual reorientation.

This work focuses on where you are now, what is trying to emerge, and what grounded next steps can help you move forward with greater clarity, discernment, and alignment.

Rather than treating symptoms or processing trauma, Transpersonal Coaching creates a reflective container for meaning-making, values clarification, symbolic exploration, integration, and practical action.

Who Is This For?

Transpersonal Coaching may be a fit if you are a spiritually attuned adult navigating a major inner threshold.

You may be questioning an old identity, sensing a new chapter emerging, reorienting your life around deeper values, or seeking support with purpose, vocation, spiritual clarity, or existential transition.

This work is best suited for clients who are stable enough for reflective coaching and are not seeking clinical treatment, crisis care, or intensive trauma treatment.

What We May Explore

Sessions may include reflective inquiry, values clarification, discernment, symbolic exploration, journaling prompts, meditation, guided imagery, integration planning, and practical next steps.

Astrology may also be incorporated as an optional symbolic and archetypal tool when requested. In this context, astrology is used for reflection, meaning-making, and self-understanding — not prediction, fortune-telling, psychological assessment, medical advice, or a guarantee of future outcomes.

The focus is on helping you listen more deeply to what is emerging and translate insight into grounded, ethical, embodied movement.

Scope and Boundaries

Transpersonal Coaching is not psychotherapy. It does not include diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical assessment, trauma treatment, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, or treatment of mental health or substance use disorders.

If clinical care, psychiatric care, medical care, crisis support, or a higher level of support appears necessary, I may recommend therapy, medical care, psychiatric support, or another appropriate referral.

Coaching services are private-pay only and are not eligible for insurance billing, superbills, or reimbursement.

Session Details

Transpersonal Coaching sessions are held virtually and are typically 45-50 minutes.
