Third Realm Integration is a specialized virtual practice led by Maegan Kenney, LPC, PhD, BCC. This work is designed for clients seeking grounded support with spiritual awakening, existential transition, psychedelic integration, ketamine integration with a licensed medical provider, and the meaning-making that follows life-altering inner experiences.
Psychotherapy services are available only for clients physically located in states where I am authorized to practice. Coaching services may be available to clients in other locations depending on fit, scope, and appropriateness.

Focused Pathways for Integration and Inner Change
Third Realm Integration offers specialized pathways for clients navigating non-ordinary states, spiritual emergence, ketamine treatment, psychedelic experiences, existential transition, and profound inner change.
Each service has a distinct scope. Some services are clinical and available only to clients located in states where I am authorized to provide psychotherapy. Others are non-clinical coaching services focused on meaning-making, discernment, integration, and grounded next steps.
This is a specialized practice, not a general mental health therapy practice. I do not provide primary treatment for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life stress, or other standard mental health concerns. My work is focused on transpersonal integration, non-ordinary states, spiritual emergence, psychedelic/ketamine integration, existential transition, and profound inner change.
Services
Each pathway below offers a different kind of support. The intake screening helps determine which service, if any, is the most appropriate fit.
Psychedelic Integration Coaching
45-50-minute virtual sessions
$250/session
Non-clinical support for reflecting on psychedelic or other non-ordinary state experiences. This work supports grounding, discernment, meaning-making, and responsible integration into daily life. It does not include facilitation, sourcing, dosing guidance, medical advice, psychotherapy, or crisis support.
Transpersonal Psychotherapy (Limited Availability)
45-50-minute virtual sessions
$200/intake session
$165-190/therapy session
Focused psychotherapy for clients whose needs fit within a depth-oriented, transpersonal clinical container. Psychotherapy services are limited and available only when your location, goals, needs, and clinical presentation are an appropriate fit.
Ketamine Integration Therapy
45-50-minute virtual sessions
$200/intake session
$165-190/therapy session
Short-term psychotherapy support for clients receiving ketamine treatment through a licensed medical provider. This work helps you prepare for and integrate emotions, imagery, body sensations, insights, and spiritual or symbolic material that may arise before, during, or after ketamine sessions. Care lasts for the duration of a ketamine treatment series and does not constitute ongoing therapy. It does not include facilitation, sourcing, dosing guidance, medical advice, psychotherapy, or crisis support.
Fees, Insurance, and Availability
Coaching services are private-pay only and are not eligible for insurance billing, superbills, or reimbursement.
Psychotherapy services are private-pay through SimplePractice unless otherwise arranged. Superbills may be available for eligible psychotherapy services when applicable, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Psychotherapy services are available only when the client is physically located in a state where I am authorized to provide psychotherapy. Coaching services may be available to clients in other locations depending on fit, scope, and appropriateness.
Some Aetna insurance plans may be accepted for Florida residents through Headway, depending on service type and eligibility.
Is This Work A Fit?
This work may be a fit if you are navigating spiritual emergence, existential transition, psychedelic integration, ketamine treatment integration, or another non-ordinary state experience.

This work is not intended for those seeking general mental health therapy, crisis care, trauma treatment, medication management, substance use treatment, relationship counseling, or primary treatment for anxiety, depression, or other broad mental health concerns.
Third Realm Integration does not provide, prescribe, recommend, source, facilitate, or supervise the use of ketamine, psychedelics, or any other controlled substances.
