Third Realm Integration offers specialized support for adults who are moving through profound inner experiences and seeking grounded integration, meaning-making, discernment, and transpersonal support. This work may be appropriate as an adjunctive resource for clients who are navigating non-ordinary states, spiritual emergence, psychedelic experiences, ketamine treatment, existential transition, or significant identity and life restructuring.
When to Refer
A referral may be appropriate when a client is seeking support to make sense of a significant inner experience, integrate insights from ketamine treatment or psychedelic experiences, navigate spiritual emergence, or find language and grounding during a period of deep existential or transpersonal change.
This work is best suited for clients who are reflective, insight-oriented, and able to engage in integration-focused work outside of acute crisis or stabilization needs.
Scope of Services
Third Realm Integration offers focused support through transpersonal coaching, psychedelic integration coaching, ketamine integration therapy, and limited transpersonal psychotherapy.
Depending on the service, support may include integration reflection, meaning-making, discernment, somatic awareness, parts inquiry, archetypal exploration, grounding practices, journaling prompts, and practical next steps for carrying insights into daily life.
Services are offered virtually. Psychotherapy services are limited by licensure and client location. Coaching services are not psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support.
Who This Work Is For
This work may be a fit for reflective, insight-oriented adults navigating spiritual emergence, non-ordinary state experiences, psychedelic integration, ketamine treatment integration, existential transition, or profound inner change.
Clients who are a strong fit are typically seeking a grounded, depth-oriented space for integration, discernment, and meaning-making rather than symptom-focused treatment or general mental health counseling.
Who This Work Is Not Designed For
This work is not designed for clients seeking general mental health therapy, crisis care, trauma treatment, medication management, substance use treatment, couples counseling, or primary treatment for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other broad mental health concerns.
Clients who need stabilization, higher-level care, active risk assessment, detoxification, medication management, or ongoing general psychotherapy should be referred to an appropriate licensed provider, medical provider, crisis service, or specialty treatment program.

Third Realm Integration does not provide, prescribe, recommend, source, facilitate, or supervise the use of ketamine, psychedelics, or any other controlled substances.
Ketamine-related support is limited to preparation and integration for clients who are receiving treatment through a licensed medical provider. Psychedelic integration support is focused on meaning-making, grounding, discernment, and integration after experiences that have already occurred or are occurring outside of my services.

Providers are welcome to send a brief referral heads-up using the contact submission form below. Please do not include confidential client information unless a written release of information is already in place.
Clients must still review the service descriptions and complete the intake screening independently through this website. Completing the intake screening allows me to determine whether my services are an appropriate fit based on the client’s needs, location, and requested type of support.
