Before we begin working together, I ask each prospective client to complete a brief intake and readiness screen. This process ensures that the service you’re seeking—Transpersonal Therapy, Transpersonal Coaching, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, or Psychedelic/Ketamine Integration—is safe, appropriate, and aligned with your current needs.

This intake does not create a therapeutic relationship, and completing the form does not guarantee acceptance.

It is simply the next step in determining whether we are a good fit to work together.

Before You Begin

To support a clear and grounded intake process, please note:

Therapy is available to residents of Florida, Idaho, and South Carolina only.
Coaching is available worldwide.
Hypnotherapy and integration work require emotional stability and readiness for depth exploration.
All sessions are held via secure telehealth.
Substance-free sessions are required for all hypnotherapy and integration services (no alcohol, cannabis, nicotine vapes, recreational drugs, or non-prescribed psychoactive substances for at least 24 hours prior).
I do not work with individuals who appear physically dependent on or psychologically reliant upon ketamine or psychedelic substances.
I do not provide in-session support while a person is under the influence of any medicine.
I only work with adults ages 28+.
