Psychedelic & Ketamine Integration Therapy and Coaching
Beyond the Journey: Therapy for Integration, Coaching for Embodiment
Psychedelic and ketamine integration work supports people before or after a journey as they make meaning of what was opened, stirred, or revealed. This work is not real-time psychedelic therapy or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy during a medicine session. It is a grounded, heart-centered process that helps you stabilize your nervous system, metabolize emotional material, and translate expanded-state insight into meaningful change.
Integration Therapy
Integration therapy is for individuals seeking clinical support around trauma, spiritual emergence, emotional overwhelm, or non-ordinary states of consciousness. Together, we work to make sense of visionary or destabilizing experiences, release unconscious patterns, and support deeper healing through depth-oriented, trauma-informed care.

For clients engaging in ketamine work independently, I do not provide live talk therapy during the medicine session. Instead, I may offer a thoughtfully curated music journey designed to support emotional safety, intention, and inner process.
Therapy is available to residents of Florida, Idaho, and South Carolina.
Integration Coaching
Integration coaching is for stable seekers, healers, and creatives who want support preparing for a journey or embodying what emerged afterward. Coaching focuses on meaning-making, alignment, symbolic insight, and forward movement. Using archetypal reflection, intuitive inquiry, and soul-centered exploration, this work helps you carry expanded awareness into your relationships, choices, creativity, and daily life.

Coaching is not clinical treatment and is not appropriate for acute distress or untreated mental health instability. Coaching is available worldwide.
A Grounded, Heart-Centered Approach
Whether through therapy or coaching, my approach is rooted in heart-centered awareness: the practice of turning toward your inner experience with compassion, presence, and honesty rather than fear, avoidance, or overwhelm. In integration work, this matters deeply. Expanded-state experiences can open profound insight, but they can also stir grief, trauma, confusion, vulnerability, or symbolic material that feels difficult to hold on your own.

A heart-centered approach helps create the inner conditions for integration. It supports nervous system stabilization, deepened self-trust, compassionate meaning-making, and a more grounded relationship with what emerged during your journey. Rather than chasing peak experiences or becoming lost in interpretation, our work focuses on helping you stay rooted, resourced, and in relationship with the deeper truth of what is unfolding.

Therapy supports healing, stabilization, and psychological processing. Coaching supports embodiment, alignment, and spiritual growth. Both are designed to help you move beyond the journey itself and into a more conscious, integrated way of living.

Important Considerations
Before and After Journey Only
I offer preparation and post-journey integration only. I do not provide psychotherapy, coaching, or verbal guidance while you are under the influence of ketamine or any psychedelic substance.
Therapy, Coaching, and Payment
Integration therapy is available to residents of Florida, Idaho, and South Carolina. I accept some Aetna plans for therapy. Otherwise, therapy is offered as an out-of-network private-pay service, and superbills are available for eligible sessions.

Integration coaching is a private-pay service available worldwide. Because coaching is non-clinical, it is not eligible for insurance reimbursement and superbills are not provided.
Curated Music Support
For clients receiving ketamine treatment through a licensed clinic or prescriber, I may provide a personalized music journey to support intention and inner exploration during the medicine session. This does not include in-session talk therapy or verbal guidance.
Medical and Clinical Boundaries
I do not provide, administer, recommend, or source psychedelic substances. Integration work is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and clients should remain in collaboration with their prescribing provider. All sessions must take place when clients are fully sober.
When Integration Work Is Not Appropriate
Integration work requires sufficient grounding and stability. Individuals in acute crisis, active destabilization, or using substances as a primary means of emotional regulation may need a higher level of care before beginning this work.
When This Work May Not Be the Right Fit
Psychedelic and ketamine integration work requires a baseline of emotional stability, grounded awareness, and the capacity to safely explore inner material. At this time, this work may not be appropriate for individuals who are:
-
In acute crisis or experiencing active suicidality
-
Experiencing untreated psychosis, unmanaged bipolar disorder, severe dissociation, or significant psychological destabilization
-
Using ketamine or psychedelics in a compulsive, addictive, or self-medicating pattern
-
Seeking real-time guidance or verbal support while under the influence
-
Unable to attend sessions sober or meet abstinence guidelines for telehealth work
-
Without appropriate legal medical oversight for ketamine treatment
-
Unable to maintain a private, stable environment for telehealth sessions
-
Not yet resourced enough to safely engage emotional, somatic, or symbolic depth work

In some cases, additional stabilization, medical care, psychiatric support, or a higher level of treatment may be needed before integration work can begin.
