Welcome. I’m Maegan Kenney, PhD, LPC, BCC.

I’m a Transpersonal Psychologist and Psychotherapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Board-Certified Coach. I provide telehealth therapy for adults 28+ in Florida, Idaho, and South Carolina. Coaching services and hypnotherapy are available worldwide.

For more than a decade, I’ve supported clients through the terrain where psyche, trauma, and transformation intersect. My clinical focus includes depth-oriented integration of spiritual emergence and non-ordinary states, including psychedelic and ketamine experience, trauma and PTSD, codependency and rescuer patterns, "healing the healer," career burnout, loss of purpose, anxiety and depression, shame, and inner child healing.

My research background is in the intersection of mythology and compassion in psychedelic facilitation. In my teaching work, I train clinicians and sacred space-holders on the use of compassion and countertransference as transformative elements in developing relational presence and attunement.

My Approach

I offer therapy and coaching that is depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychological safety. My work integrates Jungian and transpersonal psychotherapy, somatic awareness, clinical hypnotherapy, and focused trauma-resolution methods to support healing that honors both the nervous system and the deeper intelligence of the psyche. I aim to create a space where emotional pain, spiritual emergence, and meaningful transformation can be met with steadiness, discernment, and care.

Clinical Background

My therapeutic approach is depth-oriented, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in clinical mental health and informed by Jungian, archetypal, and transpersonal psychology. I integrate psychotherapy, somatic awareness, breathwork, clinical hypnotherapy, and focused trauma-resolution methods to help clients engage both the emotional roots of their suffering and the deeper patterns shaping their lives.

Why Third Realm Integration

Third Realm Integration reflects my belief that healing happens in a space where psyche, spirit, and embodied presence can meet consciously. It is the realm between breakdown and becoming, between insight and integration, between the life you have lived and the deeper truth trying to emerge through it.

In my work, this “third realm” is about learning how to meet pain, transformation, and inner complexity with enough steadiness that something meaningful can be metabolized, understood, and transformed.
