Ketamine Integration Therapy
Virtual psychotherapy support for clients receiving ketamine treatment through a licensed medical provider.
Ketamine Integration Therapy supports preparation for, and integration after, ketamine-assisted treatment. This work helps clients process emotions, imagery, insights, body sensations, symbolic material, and spiritual or existential themes that may arise before, during, or after ketamine sessions.
Third Realm Integration does not prescribe, provide, administer, recommend, source, facilitate, or medically monitor ketamine or any other controlled substance. Ketamine Integration Therapy is short-term and lasts for the general duration of a ketamine treatment series. It does not constitute ongoing therapy.
What is Ketamine Integration Therapy?

Who Is This For?
Ketamine Integration Therapy is a psychotherapy service for clients receiving a series of ketamine treatments through a licensed medical provider.
Ketamine experiences can sometimes bring forward emotions, memories, imagery, symbolic content, body sensations, spiritual material, grief, insight, or confusion. Integration therapy provides a grounded clinical space to process what emerged and consider how those insights may be carried into daily life.
This work may support preparation before ketamine sessions, reflection afterward, and ongoing meaning-making as the treatment process unfolds.
What We May Explore
Sessions may focus on preparation, intention-setting, emotional processing, symbolic exploration, nervous system grounding, meaning-making, self-compassion, relational themes, grief, spiritual material, and practical integration.
Integration-focused music may also be provided or discussed for unguided ketamine sessions when clinically appropriate. Music is used as a supportive tool to help create an intentional, emotionally safe, and reflective container for the ketamine experience.
The goal is not only to understand what happened, but to ask what the experience may be inviting you to embody, change, release, or carry forward.
Scope and Boundaries
Third Realm Integration does not prescribe, provide, administer, recommend, source, facilitate, or medically monitor ketamine or any other controlled substance.
All ketamine treatment must be provided and managed by a licensed medical provider. I do not provide medication management, medical advice, emergency medical support, or direct supervision during ketamine dosing sessions. I do not provide ongoing therapy after the conclusion of a client's last ketamine treatment. If you are receiving frequent ongoing ketamine infusions, "booster" doses, or other ketamine treatments, Ketamine Integration Therapy at Third Realm Integration is not the right fit for you. You must be under the care of a licensed ketamine provider.
Ketamine Integration Therapy is psychotherapy and may include assessment, diagnosis when clinically appropriate, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and therapeutic interventions.
